Frequently Asked Questions

Which grades of boxes are best for shipping?

Grade A or B double-wall boxes are best for outbound shipping. Grade C works well for internal storage or scrap collection.

Do you offer triple-wall options?

Yes. We stock triple-wall boxes for heavy parts, metal components, and dense materials requiring extra strength.

Can I request specific pallet footprints?

Standard footprints are 48" x 40", but we also source 48" x 45" automotive and other specialty footprints on request.

Are liners or lids available?

We can add plastic liners, slip sheets, and fiber or corrugated lids to complete your packaging kit.

Do you test box strength?

We inspect wall integrity, stacking ability, and previous repairs so you receive boxes that meet the described grade.

Can boxes be branded?

Custom printing and stenciling are available on new or custom runs. Lead times depend on artwork approval and volume.

How do you protect boxes during transport?

Boxes are strapped and stretch-wrapped on pallets to prevent shifting or edge damage while in transit.

Do you sell half-height or short boxes?

Yes. Half Gaylords and low-profile bins are available for lighter loads or space-limited applications.

Are there moisture-resistant options?

Wax-coated, poly-lined, and specialty barrier options can be sourced for damp environments or produce applications.

Can I mix sizes in one shipment?

Yes. We can combine sizes on a load as long as stack heights remain stable for safe transport.
