Services
HTX Boxes provides buying, selling, repair, recycling, and transportation services for Gaylord boxes in the Houston area and surrounding regions.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are subject to change without notice
- Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified
- Payment terms are agreed upon at time of transaction
- Bulk orders may qualify for volume discounts
Box Conditions
Boxes are sold "as-is" based on our grading system:
- Grade A: Minimal wear, like-new condition
- Grade B: Moderate wear, fully functional
- Grade C: Heavy wear, suitable for single use or storage
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control. Delivery is included for orders within the Greater Houston area.
Returns
Due to the nature of used products, all sales are final. Please inspect boxes upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours. We will work to resolve legitimate quality concerns.
Limitation of Liability
HTX Boxes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
